Adrian joined the group in 2012 as Budget Manager. He later developed in the project control area until he reached the position of Real Estate Development Manager; being responsible for the financial models and investors relations.

In 2019, as a result of the negative economic situation that the real estate industry in Panama was experiencing, he got involved with the commercial area as Marketing Manager; months later, having implemented a series of positive changes, he was promoted to Commercial Director of Haus. In this role, Adrian is oversees the sales, marketing and mortgage management.

Before working at Semah Group Adrian was the Director of Planning and Budgets for Grupo Provivienda, a transnational real estate developer in Panama.

Adrian has a degree in Civil Engineering from the Universidad Santa María la Antigua.
