Claudio is the founder and CEO of Semah Group, a real estate development and investment company based in Panama City. The group main companies are: Haus, a residential real estate company, which is currently developing over a dozen projects; Semah Properties, that owns and manages a portfolio of industrial and commercial properties, and Hato Montaña, a thousand hectares land development on the western outskirts of Panama City. Semah Group also manages an investment portfolio in the financial, insurance and real estate sectors.

He also worked as a business consultant for Booz-Allen & Hamilton and McKinsey & Company in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Claudio founded Espacio Civico, an NGO that promotes transparency in the legislative sector of the Panamanian government and is a board member of Transparency International Panama.

He holds a degree in Political Science from George Washington University and an MBA from Columbia University.
